This is a poem about a young frog who disobeyed his mother and went with his friend Mr. Rat to court Mrs. (sic) Mousie. They make merry for a while, but then the rat and mouse are eaten by cats, and, as he flees, the frog is eaten by a duck. The verse is intercut with "Heighho says Anthony Rowley!"
The illustration on page 12 shows Frog, Rat, and Mouse carrousing. This illustration has no color.
