These pages continue the story of the “Cock and Fox” and begin the story of the “Lion and Mouse." The Cock and Fox is not complete, as the following pages are missing. The pages pick up again on page 31, with “Lion and Mouse,” a story in which two animals show each other small kindness that rewards them in the end. The application of “Lion and Mouse” begins on page 31.
